Social Security Disability

Willow River Law understands the struggles that go along with applying for Social Security Disability benefits and we are here to help you. We also appreciate how important these benefits are to our clients. The Social Security Administration routinely denies disability benefits to worthy applicants at the first two reviews. However, many people win on their third appeal, which is decided by a judge. This is why it is important to have an experienced attorney by your side and not to give up after being denied.
Willow River Law helps our clients develop their claim under clear theories of disability to present their case. This is accomplished by understanding Social Security laws and studying each client’s medical history. We will make sure your record with the Social Security Administration is complete and contains all of the information necessary to determine if you are disabled. We work with claimants’ healthcare providers to present evidence which supports their disability. Most importantly, Willow River Law present our clients’ cases to the judge effectively and persuasively through written briefs, hearing preparation and representation.
Willow River Law is honored to provide Social Security Disability Insurance representation to disabled citizens and veterans throughout Western Wisconsin.
