Kate is a passionate legal advocate for every client she serves. This is true whether she is assisting businesses or representing individuals in employment cases, helping people effectively navigate family law issues or representing those subject to criminal charges. Kate’s personable, pragmatic approach is to work towards settlement before trial when possible, but she has extensive trial experience to draw upon when needed. She volunteers her time at free legal clinics in the St. Croix Valley and is involved in the St. Croix County Community Justice Collaborating Council, which seeks to promote the safety of the citizens of St. Croix County and provide direction, leadership, and vision for an improved criminal justice system.
